Dr. Okabe and his wife, Stephanie, have three children, Heather, Cathleen, and Andrew.  In his spare time, Dr. Okabe voulunteers with the Boy Scoutes and Cub Scouts and is involved with Rotary service projects.  He also spends time relaxing by playing golf and crafting exquisite woodwork projects.
